Data Protection Framework

The personal data the Participant provides WeyDu with is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (2019/679).

This data is used to provide insight into WeyDu’s customer base and is stored on a secure database on the cloud, which is only accessible to certain members of the WeyDu team.

Processing and Use of Personal Information

If the Participant provides WeyDu with his personal information or that of a third party within the context of a Contract, the Participant affirms:

That he transfers aforementioned information to WeyDu within the framework of WeyDu’s goals and the execution of the Contract.

To have acquired the party involved’s consent to share the information in question with WeyDu.

WeyDu shall process the information for the purpose of:

The delivery of goods and services.

The execution of the Contract and its succession, including the management of legal disputes if need be.

Pursuing its goal as mentioned in WeyDu’s bylaws.

If required by law or a judicial decision.

WeyDu is not allowed to transfer this information to third parties, unless required within the context of the Contract or in case of the application of paragraph 3 of WeyDu’s General Terms and Conditions (related to media usage).

In accordance with articles 15 to 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (nr. 2019/679 of 27 April 2016), Participants have a right to:

All of these rights can be exercised by sending an e-mail to info@weydu.eu. WeyDu will respond to such requests no later than 30 days.
